RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.34, dated27.01.2023, under Section 20(b)(ii)B of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station IMT Rohtak, District Rohtak.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, in case petitioner appears and surrenders before the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of seven days from today and files an appropriate application, the concerned Court is directed to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
