(Oral) The counsel for the petitioners made statement that as the complaint filed by Income Tax Department has been withdrawn from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat with liberty to revive and restore the same, he is withdrawing the present petition with aforesaid liberty i.e. to revive and restore the same, in case, the aforesaid complaint is revived by the Income Tax Department.
