(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined in view of the settled ratio of law laid down by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M No.48043 of 2023 titled as Rakesh Das Versus State of Haryana and another, decided on 12.11.2024, wherein it was categorically held that partial quashing of an FIR on the basis of compromise cannot be permitted, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage.
