(ORAL) In compliance of order dated 12.03.2024 passed by this Court, Dr. Ravjot Grewal, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, has appeared. She has informed the Court that the erring officials had already been proceeded against on account of their non-appearance before the trial Court on various dates and now the case was fixed for 16.03.2024 when in all likelihood, all the witnesses cited by the prosecution would be examined.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
