**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of order dated 4.10.2011 vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in FIR No. 1 dated 21.1.2011 registered under Sections 420, 498-A, 406, 120-B IPC, Police Station Moga, District Moga.

On the last date of hearing, petitioner was ordered to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 2.4.2018. Petitioner has placed on record copy of the order to show that he had appeared before the Court below and was released on interim bail. Interim bail granted by the Court below vide order dated 2.4.2018 is made absolute.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has come from abroad and the trial Court may be asked to expedite the trial. Crl. Misc. No. M-10601 of 2018 -2and trial Court would take into consideration the submission made by the petitioner and fix the date accordingly.
