(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence and lack of proper communication, the instant petition came to be filed though one earlier petition seeking same relief was already pending i.e. CRM-M-76652024. Learned counsel has, thus, requested that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
