Upon notice,learned State counsel on instructions concedes that marriage of the petitioner is fixed for 31.3.2016, as also that petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances, it is deemed fit to order the release of petitioner on interim bail.
