Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to enter/ add the disability of petitioner in his service record to the extent of 67% as well as to give the benefit of enhanced age of retirement from 58 years to 60 years, as per Section 33 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participations), Act,1995. Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that as on today, there is no grievance left which is to be redressed by this Court.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
