       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.319 dated 05.12.2019, registered at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh, under Sections 148, 149 and 302 IPC (Sections 147, 202 and 212 IPC added later on) and Section 25 of the Arms Act. Vide order dated 19.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

      

              

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SHO Satbir, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
