( Oral ) Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to the respondent-Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana (hereinafter referred to as "respondent-college") to pay salary to the petitioner for a period of 1.1.2000 to 31.1.2001 alongwith interest. Today, Mr. B.B.S. Sobti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-college on instructions from S.S. Saini, Deputy Chief Law Consultant of the respondent-college submits that the respondent-college is willing to pay to the petitioner an amount of Rs.1,22,184/- as full and final settlement between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner while accepting the above offer states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the amount as stated above by the learned counsel for the respondent is given to her.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondent-college which is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondent-college to pay the aboveRAJEEV THAKRAL 2015.04.24 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
