**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to re-conduct his Physical Screening Test under proper supervision of the officials of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

In this regard petitioner has given representation dated 12.02.2019 (P-5) alleging therein that the Physical Screening Test of the petitioner was conducted on 09.02.2019 and the petitioner has qualified his 2.5 k.m race before 12 minutes but he has been shown to be not qualified to participate in PMT and DV.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Commission to show the petitioner his CCTV footage of his Physical Screening Test conducted on Gaurav Arora 2019.02.22 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
