*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him as the recovery has already been effected from co-accused, who has been acquitted. The factum of joining investigation has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from HC Sukhwinder Singh. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, order dated 17.04.2018 passed in favour of the petitioner is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
