(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 states that as per letter dated 21.04.2022 states that they have been informed by the Controller of Explosives that installation/laying of the pipeline has been completed and the report of hydro tests conducted of the said pipelines has been confirmed as being satisfactory. A copy of the letter is taken on record as Annexure R-1 and a copy of the same has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be RAVINDER SINGH 2022.08.09 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
