Union of India and others Respondent
Present:

M.M.S.BEDI,J.
After hearing counsel for the parties, this Court is of the considered opinion that cause of action prima facie does not survive as the writ petition was preferred in the year 1995, challenging the selection of Stock Brokers- respondents 5 to 30, which was for a period of three years. Dismissed on account of cause of action having ceased to exist, without prejudice to the rights of the parties to approach this Court again, if so advised.
