(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.52 dated 25.02.2018 under Sections 379, 447, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated March 20, 2018, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated March 20, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that investigating officer harassed son of Shaminder Singh namely Malkeet Singh during the investigation. In case, any complaint is made to Illaqa Magistrate in this regard, he shall look into same. Said officer shall be at liberty to send a report to this court, if necessary. Disposed of.
