(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing of the impugned order dated 04.05.2019 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, whereby the revision petition filed by respondent No.1 against the order dated 21.08.2018 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh, has been allowed. Further prayer is for quashing of the order dated 24.01.2020 (Annexure P-8) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh, whereby conditional warrants have been issued to the petitioner for 24.02.2020 in MNT125-26-2018, dated 22.01.2018, CNR No. CHCH0300105022018, titled as "Latika Manchanda Vs. Neeraj Manchanda etc".
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
