***** M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution agency has not presented the complete challan along with the report of the chemical examiner within 180 days. Counsel relies upon the judgment of this Court in Gurpal Singh and another Vs. State of Punjab, CRR No.791 of 2016, decided on 23.04.2016.

In view of the above, petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. May 26, 2016 (M.M.S. BEDI) kapil JUDGE
