In the considered view of this Court, the issue in question that as to whether the rejection of OMR answer sheet on account of the alleged smudging/double marking/double blackening is appropriate or not, is covered by the judgment of the Division Bench, followed by this Court in Aarti and Others v. State of Haryana and Others (Civil Writ Petition No. 4822 of 2021, decided on 03.03.2021).

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed in terms of the judgment of this Court in Aarti and Others v. State of Haryana and Others (supra).
