P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 & 3 not to harass and threat the petitioners wrongly and illegally at the instance of respondent No. 4 & 5 who is very close to respondent No.3; and further official respondents be directed not to pressurize the petitioners to compromise the matter with the respondent No.4 & 5;

Written request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of learned counsel for respondents No.4 and 5. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition may be disposed of in view of the Status Report dated 17.08.2024 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, NRI Wing, Ludhiana on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. Ordered accordingly.
