The petitioners pray for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to award grace marks to them for the correct answer as per their OMR answer sheet. In the recruitment examination for the Post Graduate Teachers, the examination was held through OMR sheets. Thereafter, an answer key was published and the objections were invited. After getting the objections considered from an Expert Panel, the revised answer key was uploaded. The petitioners claim that still the answer to various questions i.e. question No.114, 116, 135, and138 have not been corrected. The petitioners rely upon an information gathered from various sources. The questions are with regard to the computers and internet. This Court does not find itself in a position to grant any declaration with regard to the correct option of the multiple choice questions. Civil Writ Petition No. 5222 of 2021 (2018) 8 SCC 81 has held that after the answer key has been uploaded and the objections have been invited, the matter is required to be referred to an Expert Panel and the revised answer key is, thereafter, required to be uploaded. If such procedure is followed, thereafter, the Court does not have any jurisdiction to interfere unless it is 100% certain about an error in the answer key.

In the facts of the case, this Court is unable to record such a finding and hence, the writ petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge March 04, 2021 "DK"
