In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioners is that the husband of petitioner No. 2 and the father of petitioner No. 1, namely, Naresh Kumar Gupta, who was working with the respondents-department was not given certain benefits while in service which benefits, the respondents are liable to release so as to re-fix the salary of Naresh Kumar Gupta and thereafter, his pensionary benefits and further the family pension.

Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana-respondents 4.

Learned State counsel submits that number of reliefs have been claimed by the petitioners in the present petition and that too after the death of Naresh Kumar Gupta but before approaching this Court, the said grievance has not been raised by the petitioners before the authorities concerned and in case, any grievance by way of filing of a representation is submitted by the petitioners before the authorities concerned, the same will RIYA 2024.04.03 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-4067-2024 (O&M) 2024:PHHC:042836 be considered and decided by the authorities concerned in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by passing appropriate speaking order and in case, the petitioners are found entitled for grant of any relief, the same will be granted to them, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioners will be mentioned in the speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file a representation with respondents so as to raise specific claim qua the benefits, which the late father of the petitioner No. 1 was entitled for in his service career, which were not released to him by the respondents despite entitlement.
