(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.0402 dated 17.11.2017, registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala. According to the prosecution, petitioner along with his brother Angel Saini and sister-in-law Kusum Saini running a firm M/s Hash Immigration Centre, cheated the complainant in the year 2016 for `7,65,000/- on the false pretext of sending his sister-in-law Bhupinder Kaur abroad by arranging Visa etc. and handed over the complainant a forged Visa and ticket.
Learned counsel contends that petitioner is neither the beneficiary nor the partner of aforesaid firm. He has falsely been implicated in the instant case. No specific allegation has been levelled by the complainant against the petitioner.

CRM-M-7415 of 2019 --2-- Considering the seriousness of allegations against the petitioner, who in connivance with his real brother and sister-in-law, defrauded the complainant for `7,65,000/-, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him, inasmuch as, such like crime has increased manifold in the States of Punjab and Haryana. Dismissed.
