This is a petition seeking directions to the official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the instance of private respondents No. 4 to 6 arrayed in the petition. The petitioners had performed marriage against the wishes of their parents.

CRWP-2145-2021 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that statements of the petitioners have been recorded by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dhar Kalan, District Pathankot.
