Dr.Sanjay Kedar and another ............Petitioners vs State of Haryana and others .............Respondent CORAM:- HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Yogesh Goyal,Advocate for the petitioners Mr.Yashwinder Singh,DAG Haryana Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of Dr.Sanjay Kedar and his wife Dr.Jaya Sharma, who have been summoned in a complaint case No.2 of 2016 titled as District Appropriate Authority cum Civil Surgeon Rewari v M/s Kesar Surgical and Maternity Hospital and others under Sections 29/23 and Rule 9 of Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques(Prohibition of Sex Selection)Act,1994. Vide order dated 30.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, petitioners be released on interim bail. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in compliance of the said order, petitioners surrendered before the trial court on 1.5.2016 and were released on interim bail. Learned State counsel is unable to refute the said factual position.

In view of the above interim bail granted by the trial court, pursuant to the order dated 30.3.2016, is made absolute. Disposed of.
