On 03.07.2024 the following order was passed : "On 28.03.2023 last opportunity was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 29.04.2022 subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- as costs. Neither the order dated 29.04.2022 has been complied with nor the costs have been deposited. Even today a request for an adjournment has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he does not have instructions.

In view thereof, interim order dated 04.03.2021 stands vacated. Copy of the order be communicated to the concerned Court.
