Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.188, dated 18.07.2022, under Sections 379-B, 34 IPC, (Section 411 IPC, added later on) registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy as available to him under the law.
