  Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.144 dated 14.07.2021, registered at Police Station Division A, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar, under Sections 306, 386 and 120-B IPC.

Vide order dated 09.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
