             ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing order dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-5) whereby earlier order dated 08.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) was cancelled and petitioner was ordered to be transferred/posted from Hisar to Jind.

While issuing notice of motion vide order dated 15.02.2019, operation of impugned order was stayed.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has sought voluntary retirement and thereafter order dated 21.11.2019 (Annexure R-2) has been passed, therefore, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
