The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order dated 10.02.2025 passed in CWP-5184-2023, whereby the petitioners were asked to furnish before competent authority with respect to their claim that they that secured admission during academic session 2004-2005.

Mr. Sumit Jain, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondents and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that, in compliance of the order dated 10.02.2025, a speaking order dated 19.03.2026 has been passed by SE/Administration, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Hisar, and a copy of the said order has been produced, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of speaking order dated 19.03.2026 shows that order dated LALITA 2026.03.27 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document 10.02.2025 passed in CWP-5184-2023 has been complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt stands purged and the rule is discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 19.03.2026 in accordance with law. 6.
