SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.193 dated 07.12.2023 under Sections 21(C),25,29 of Act No.61, NDPS Act 1985 registered at P.S Division No.7, District Jalandhar.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel seeks indulgence to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
