First version case is lodged by the present petitioner-Shimbu Dayal as FIR No.332 dated 22.11.2015. However, a cross version has been lodged by complainant Lal Chand as FIR No.333 dated 23.11.2015 under Sections 323,324,506,34 IPC, PS Sadar,Narnaul.
