(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 24.11.2019 registered under Sections 324, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot. According to prosecution, petitioner caused five datar blows on the person of complainant Dikshat Singh, out of which three hit on the back of his head, left cheek and little finger of his left hand. Some of the injuries caused by the petitioner have been declared grievous in nature. Learned counsel inter alia contends that petitioner was granted interim bail by the Sessions Court vide order dated 20.01.
2020, but lateron illegally rejected the same vide order dated 03.02.2020. Petitioner has falsely been implicated on raising objection to molestation of his 14 years old sister by the complainant. There was no reason for the Sessions Court to reject the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner. Petitioner is ready to RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.

Considering grievous injuries caused by the petitioner to the complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant him concession of anticipatory bail.
