Upon an application under Section 7(2) of the Punjab Village Common Land Act,1961 filed by Gram Panchayat Kheri Raiwalirespondent no.7 herein- against unauthorised possession of petitioner over two marlas of land on which house of the petitioner stands constructed, Assistant Collector Ist Grade,Kaithal passed eviction order dated 20.7.2018 (P-1).

By way of filing this petition, petitioner is seeking setting aside of notice dated 4.2.2019 (P-4) issued by Field Kanungo whereby possession of the land in dispute has been sought to be taken over, as concededly no statutory appeal has been filed against the eviction order dated 20.7.2018(P-1).
