(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 27.01.2023, registered under Section 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station City Khanna, District Khanna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.04.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Harvinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 13.04.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
