(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.370 dated 13.12.2021 under Sections148, 149, 323 and 452 IPC (to which Sections 147, 285, 241, 326 and 506 IPC along with Section 25 of Arms Act were added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal Tehsil, District Palwal.

Learned State counsel on instructions from I.O. Gurmukh Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 21.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
