**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that the Physical Screening Test was conducted on 11.02.2019 and the petitioner has qualified his 2.5 k.m race before 12 minutes but he has been shown to be not qualified to participate in PMT and DV.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent-Commission to show the petitioner his CCTV footage of his Physical Screening Test conducted on 11.02.2019 and the petitioner shall be present on 26.02.2019 at 10 A.M. in the office of the Commission.
