RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant application has been filed against the judgment dated 13.03.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Panchkula, vide which the respondent has been acquitted.

It has been submitted by counsel for the applicant that the present application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such as the respondent has since died.

Counsel for the respondent has also endorsed the statement made by counsel for the applicant.
