(Oral) The petitioners prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Rapat No.35 dated 22.04.2017 under Sections 307, 336, 324, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act entered in FIR No.77 dated 22.04.2017 registered under Sections 307, 452, 323, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that it is a case of version and cross-version filed in Rapat No.35 dated 22.04.2017 under Sections 307, 336, 324, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act entered in FIR No.77 dated 22.04.2017 registered under Sections 307, 452, 323, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur. It is further submitted that Sections 307 and 452 have already been deleted.

CRM-M No.10784 of 2018 Singh, has not disputed the fact that Sections 307 and 452 IPC have been deleted. It is further submitted that the petitioners be directed to join the investigation.

Counsel for the complainant has also not disputed the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners as well as counsel for the State.

Since, in the cross-version, the anticipatory bail granted to the accused persons vide order dated 13.11.2017 and 17.11.2017 in CRM-M Nos.42693 and 43688 of 2017 has been made absolute, this petition is also disposed of and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of 10 days from today or on any other date or time fixed by the I.O. to join investigation and they shall be released on interim bail on furnishing bail/surety bonds subject to the following conditions:- 1.

They shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; 2.

They shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and 3.

They shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.
