(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing order dated 15.12.2018 (Annexure P-5) of the Revisional Court, whereby revision filed by respondent-complainant was allowed, setting aside the order dated 03.04.2018 (Annexure P-3) of the trial Court, with a direction to reconsider the facts and circumstances of the case and pass fresh order regarding framing of additional charge under Section 452 IPC.

Heard.

The petitioner is relegated to the trial Court, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein before the trial Court. The instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
