RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, submits that in this case final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. would be filed within two weeks against the persons, who have been arrested and challan against the persons who are still at large would be filed subsequently on their arrest.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
