Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Beant Singh alias Tony in case FIR No. 83 dated 11.09.2018, registered under Section(s) 406 & 420 IPC and Section 13 of the Human Smuggling Act, 2012 at Police Station Khamanon, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
