This application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. for grant of leave to appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 23.9.2016 passed byJMIC, Chandigarh has been filed by Jagdeep Singh. Another application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay has been filed. The application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. is time barred. Further more I have gone through the impugned judgment which is detailed and well reasoned. Thus, no ground to grant special leave to appeal is made out. Both the application are dismissed accordingly.
