On 16.08.2017, the following order was passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court:- "Last opportunity is granted to the counsel for the applicant to argue the matter.

Adjourned to 01.02.2018."

However, on 01.02.2018, the turn of the case could not come up and the matter was adjourned "by order" for 08.08.2018. On that date again, the turn of the case could not come up and the matter was adjourned again "by order" for 01.02.2019. On that date a written request for an adjournment has been circulated by counsel for the applicant and the matter was adjourned to 09.07.2019. Thereafter till 30.05.2022 the turn of the case could not come up and the matter was remained adjourned "by orders' till that date. On 30.05.2022, again counsel for the applicant was not present and the matter was adjourned for 01.11.2022. On that date, the members of the Bar were abstaining from work and therefore, none appeared on behalf of the applicant and the matter was adjourned for 07.02.2023. Thereafter, it was adjourned on Nitin 2024.01.03 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Today, again even on 3rd call, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant. It seems that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
