(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking direction to the official respondents No.1 to 6 to ensure protection of the petitioner's life and liberty as he is apprehending threats from the private respondents, i.e., respondents No.7 to 10. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 22.01.2025, Annexure P-6, to that effect. At this stage, he will be satisfied in case fourth respondent is directed to decide the pending representation.
