(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to conduct fair, proper and impartial investigation of FIR No. 254 dated 14.12.2022, under Sections 323, 34, 354-B, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Utawar, Palwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia states that petitioner has lodged FIR against her husband and other family members, however, police in spite of registration of FIR has not initiated any action against the private respondents. Notice of motion.

Ms. Dimple Jain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

CRM-M-9022 of 2023 -2states that husband of the petitioner stands arrested and other relatives have been found innocent.
