Kawal Mohini Sapra v. State Of Haryana
In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No. 15689 of 1999 Date of Decision: 10.12.2018 Smt. Kawal Mohini Sapra ... Petitioner(s)
Versus
State of Haryana and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.
Present:
None for the petitioner(s).
Mr. D.K.Mittal, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana for respondents No.1 & 2.
Shekher Dhawan, J.
Learned counsel representing respondents No.1 & 2 has taken a plea that all the retiral benefits, due towards the petitioner, have already been paid after filing the present writ petition and as such present petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the fact that petitioner is not appearing in the Court and even on the last date of hearing i.e. 27.11.2018, there was no representation from the petitioner's side, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. However, it is made clear that if at a later stage, petitioner approaches this Court, she may move an application for restoration of the present writ petition.
