This is the revision at the instance of the complainant against the acquittal of Ramanjit Singh. Revisionist petitioner also prays for enhancement of sentence awarded to Sawinder Singh. In view of the findings recorded in CRA-S-1675-SB of 2004, no ground to interfere in the instant revision petition is made out.
