Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar, (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within a time-bound manner.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar, (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law, within two months of presentation of the certified copy of the present order.
