CRM-M-1090-2016 submits that as per medical advice received from the Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot, the petitioner, Jagmeet Singh, is being provided bed rest in the jail hospital. He further submits that every possible medical aid is also being provided to him, therefore, present petition for extension of interim bail be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner insisted for extension of bail for one more month, which does not appear to be justified.

Dismissed.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not get proper facilities as stated by learned counsel for the State, he (petitioner) may once again approach this Court.
