(ORAL) On instructions from ASI Rajinder Kumar, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that respondent No. 8-Dyal Singh has been booked in FIR No. 54 dated 15.03.2018 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station City, Gurdarspur, District Gurdaspur. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
